These Terms govern your use of Dino Rips (the "App"), published by Westology Incorporated ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Dino Rips for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by law.
The App may include virtual, in-game items and currency (such as gems and coins). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the game only. We may adjust, balance, or remove virtual items as part of ongoing game updates.
Please don't use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt or exploit it, or interfere with other players' experience.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Westology Incorporated is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
